These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Klap, an online AI-powered video editor designed to turn long-form video into shorts ("Service"), operated by ZIGG, a SAS company registered in France ("ZIGG", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future modifications. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

ZIGG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Refund Policy
You may apply for a refund under the following conditions:
- If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund before the end of your first month of subscription.
- If you have not used the service, you can request a refund for the last month of non-use, up to a maximum of three months.
You can process your refund yourself from your billing page after canceling your subscription if you are eligible. For further assistance, please contact our support team.
11. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with several third-party platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. By using our Service, you agree to comply with the terms and policies of these platforms when accessing their services through Klap.
YouTube
Our Service allows users to interface with Google and YouTube API Services. As such, users are bound by the Google Terms of Service and YouTube Terms of Service. Please review Google's Privacy Policy and security settings to understand how you can manage your data and protect your privacy when using our Service.
When you use our Service to upload videos to YouTube, you are responsible for setting appropriate titles, descriptions, and privacy settings for your videos in accordance with YouTube's requirements.
Our Service also interacts with Instagram API Services. By using these features, you agree to Instagram's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Ensure you comply with Instagram's data usage policies and guidelines while using our Service.
TikTok
If you use our Service to post content on TikTok, you are agreeing to abide by TikTok's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please review these terms carefully to ensure you comply with TikTok's community guidelines and data policies.
Our Service also supports posting content to LinkedIn. By doing so, you agree to LinkedIn's User Agreement and Privacy Policy. Please be mindful of LinkedIn's data protection and professional networking standards when using our Service.
4. Managing Third-Party Account Access
If you choose to link your Google, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn accounts with our Service, you are granting us permission to access certain data from these accounts, such as your profile information, media uploads, and other related data.
You can manage or revoke this access at any time by:
- Google: Visiting the Google Account Permissions page to review and revoke access.
- Instagram: Visiting the Instagram Manage Access page to manage and revoke access.
- TikTok: Visiting the TikTok Privacy Settings page to review and manage access.
- LinkedIn: Visiting the LinkedIn Permitted Services page to review and manage access.
- Klap Interface: Logging out directly from the Klap interface on the "Post on socials" screen. Under the concerned account, you can log out, which will revoke our access to your account data.
Please note that revoking access may limit your ability to use certain features of our Service that rely on data from these accounts.

14. Entire Agreement
