10. Managing and Revoking Access to Your Linked Accounts

If you have linked your Google, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn accounts with our Service, you have the ability to manage and revoke access to your account data at any time. This can be done through the respective platform’s security settings page or directly within the Klap interface.

To review and manage the permissions you have granted to our Service:

  • Google: Visit the Google Account Permissions page, where you can view a list of third-party services, including our Service, that have access to your Google account data, and revoke access if needed.
  • Instagram: Visit the Instagram Manage Access page to review and revoke third-party access.
  • TikTok: Visit the TikTok Privacy Settings page to manage and revoke access to your account.
  • LinkedIn: Visit the LinkedIn Permitted Services page to review and manage the services that have access to your LinkedIn data.
  • Klap Interface: Alternatively, you can revoke access to any of these accounts directly from the Klap interface on the "Post on socials" screen. Navigate to the concerned account under the "Post on socials" section and log out. This will immediately disconnect our Service from your account, revoking access.

Revoking access may limit your ability to use certain features of our Service that rely on data from these accounts. If you encounter any issues after revoking access, please contact our support team for assistance.

11. Explicit User Consent for AI Use

We ensure users are fully informed about the use of AI models, including those from OpenAI, during account creation and service subscription. Clear notifications and explanations are provided within our application and website. Currently, while users are informed about AI processing, explicit consent before data sharing with third-party AI models is not obtained. We are in the process of implementing a detailed consent mechanism, which will include a clear opt-in checkbox and comprehensive explanations, to improve user control over data sharing with AI models.
